I am looking for someone using this program and has had dealings with third party commission. How do you remove third party commissions from the machine? You can remove it from the locations information screen, but it will not remove it from the machine and it takes it out during posting. It will even continue taking third party commissions out if you move the machine to another location that has no third party commissions being withheld. Any help is appreciated.

You have to contact SilentPartner because I couldn't find anything about the software and the exact issue you're having, primarily because there aren't many people using it.
They insist on contacting them whenever you have a problem with the software. Their page is the only one you can use to get in touch with them, because I though I might find support on other websites, but it was without results.
At some point, the company was acquired by Tungol in 2011. The link above is the only one that can be used to get in touch with the developers of the application.
